Relief Support
The Respite Brokerage Program is here to offer support for families with individuals that require extraordinary care. Pennsylvania MENTOR has developed a program aimed at making relief support services available to those that normally would not have access to them. The program has created a network of providers ready to provide relief support services to children, youth and adults in need.
The Respite Brokerage Network utilizes host homes, foster homes, residential settings and direct care staff who are educated and trained to manage individuals with all levels of behavioral health problems and developmental disabilities.
Services through the Respite Brokerage Program are available for Community Behavior Healthcare Network of Pennsylvania (CBHNP) members living in the following counties:
- Cumberland
- Dauphin
- Lancaster
- Lebanon
- Perry
