Supported Living
Pennsylvania MENTOR strives to improve the quality of life for everyone we serve. We are dedicated to assuring that the person receiving service remains a part of their home community and maintains the core relationships they have developed.
Pennsylvania MENTOR recognizes the value of each individual, the importance of family, the power of the community and the importance of diversity.
Pennsylvania MENTOR’s Supported Living Program provides services to individuals with a diagnosis of intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Individuals referred for Supported Living Program receive support through the County MH/MR system. To be eligible for this program, an individual must be able to live safely in the community without 24 hour supervision.
